After this, it’s been completely downhill from there, with EC3 essentially jobbing out on episodes of Main Event and hardly ever being featured on RAW. This past weekend, WWE did a live event tour in China and Southeast Asia, with EC3 surprisingly winning a championship, not once…but twice. How did it happen? EC3 coming remotely close to a championship at this point seems out of the realm of possibility. However, it isn’t impossible when it comes to the 24/7 championship....

In case you didn’t know… Marella made his debut in the WWE on an edition of Monday Night Raw from Italy in 2007. He would come out of the crowd as a “fan” to challenge Umaga for the WWE Intercontinental Championship and come out with a huge upset win thanks to the help of Bobby Lashley. The heart of the matter… In July of 2014, Marella retired from the WWE after several neck injuries....

While the build-up to the match has had its highs and lows, witnessing the two giants of wrestling back together in the ring after their bout at Wrestlemania XX has sent us fans on a sweet trip back to the good ol’ day. In case you didn’t know… On this past week’s episode of Raw, General Manager Kurt Angle confirmed the groundbreaking news that this year’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will feature the first ever seven-man Elimination Chamber match, as seven of Monday Night Raw’s top superstars will battle it out in order to determine the new #1 Contender for Brock Lesnar’s Universal Championship. The heart of the matter As noted on this past week’s episode of WWE Raw, former World Champions Finn Balor and Seth Rollins are the latest addition to this year’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view and will be joining the likes of Roman Reigns, John Cena, The Miz, Braun Strowman, and Elias, inside the grueling Elimination Chamber structure come February 25th....

Cageside Seats reported that there are rumours stating that Shawn Michaels’ first match back may be as part of a tag team. In case you didn’t know… On last week’s episode of Raw, Shawn Michaels returned to WWE and to promote the upcoming match between The Undertaker and Triple H, at Melbourne’s Super Show-Down. However, while he was there, his promo left a big impression on the audience. He was interrupted by the Undertaker, who came out to confront Michaels over predicting that Triple H would win....

The Olympic Gold medalist revealed that he was not keen on it at the start but Lana has got him hooked to it now. He reveals that her constant complaining, screaming and not making sense half the time has been very entertaining. He heaped praise on her for doing well and said: The storyline took an interesting twist last night when Liv Morgan showed up as Lana’s past partner. The LGBTQ angle stunned Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose but it turns out to be something WWE are using, based on the past updates on Social Media....

Fellow WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry spoke about his interactions with Hulk Hogan backstage, and seemed optimistic that Hulk Hogan is willing to make amends. I thank Wrestling Inc. for the heads up. In case you didn’t know… Hulk Hogan is perhaps the most successful superstar in the history of WWE. He rose to fame as the essential American babyface, clad in red and yellow, before transitioning into a heel persona during his WCW stint....

NJPW wrestler Will Ospreay replied to Rollins’ tweet, merely stating, “I’m alive”. In case you didn’t know… Tonight’s Stomping Grounds PPV saw the Cruiserweight Title being defended in a Triple Threat match. Drew Gulak defeated Tony Nese and Akira Tozawa to win the 205 Live Title, in a match that was praised by fans and critics alike. Seth Rollins was quick to comment on the match and continued praising WWE....

And Elias’ woes would continue as every one of the men involved in the elimination match to determine the number one contender for the United States Championship would deliver their signature moves on him. Ricochet, Braun Strowman, Bobby Lashley, The Miz, and Cesaro would face off in what was one of the most exciting starts to RAW in recent memory. Braun Strowman would dominate the early part of the match, eliminating both Lashley and Cesaro....

In case you didn’t know… Having made his WWE debut during the inaugural WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament, Pete Dunne made history last year by becoming only the second ever man to win the WWE UK Championship when he defeated Tyler Bate at NXT TakeOver: Chicago to win the title. Dunne since then has gone on to defend his championship against some top names in the business including the likes of Roderick Strong, Zack Gibson, and several other top stars from the Indie Circuit and has compiled a total of 25 total title defenses under his belt....

Following the assault on Lesnar, the Apex Predator has mocked his opponent on micro-blogging site Twitter, insisting that his finishing move is more than just a message on his T-shirt. He wrote: The Beast Incarnate was making his return to the WWE after his stunning victory over Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania 32 in April. Paul Heyman, who accompanied Lesnar, has promised the fans that his client will provide them with ‘violent’ entertainment at SummerSlam....

In case you didn’t know… The Survivor Series traditionally showcases Elimination Tag Team Matches pitting teams of four or five men/women against each other to determine who is the sole survivor(s). Since the brand split occurred, the format for Survivor Series has shifted to a RAW versus SmackDown Live event, borrowing from the old “Bragging Rights” pay-per-view format from a few years ago. The heart of the matter The weeks leading into Survivor Series led to much speculation as to who the final teams would be for Team SmackDown....

The show marked the surprise return of former NXT Champion Aleister Black, who challenged any member of the RAW roster to pick up a fight with him. Later on, the Singh Brothers, Sunil and Samir Singh, made their return to the Red Brand as well and went on to challenge The Dutch Destroyer. Aleister Black didn’t hesitate to accept the challenge and took on The Singh Brothers in a 2-on-1 Handicap match on RAW....

There was a lot of interesting action in the ring, but there were also some surprise guests backstage at the show, including one John Cena. In case you didn’t know… John Cena no longer has a full-time schedule with WWE and even hinted about retiring from WWE a while ago. The 16-time World Champion is now concentrating on his acting career and will perhaps make only occasional appearances on WWE television henceforth....

In case you didn’t know… On 11th February 2019, The Revival finally won the Raw Tag Team Championships by defeating the former champion duo of Chad Gable and Bobby Roode on Monday Night Raw. The win also marked The Revival’s first title win on the main roster and within the following two weeks, the current Raw Tag Team Champions ended up losing against two NXT call ups. As seen on Raw, the duo of Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder ended up losing against the newly called up teams of DIY and Ricochet and Aleister Black....

“The Chinless Wonder” revealed a rather intriguing backstage conversation he had with Shane McMahon regarding the James Ellsworth character. Besides, Ellsworth also recalled the time he realized that his standing in WWE was more than just that of a temporary internet phenomenon. In case you didn’t know… James Ellsworth has competed in the sport of professional wrestling since 2002, and performed for the WWE from 2016 until his departure from the promotion earlier this year....

While some have speculated that he intends to take the $30 million he earned from the Mayweather fight, convert it into one dollar bills, and swim in them like Scrooge McDuck (maybe that’s just me), others have different ideas. Like legendary WWE announcer and Hall of Famer Jim Ross, who is convinced that McGregor doing business with WWE is pretty much “guaranteed.” In case you didn’t know… Back in 2016, during a media call for UFC 202, McGregor had some less than kind words to say about WWE and its Superstars....

In case you didn’t know… Ciampa and Gargano were once NXT Tag Team Champions but it seems that their partnership came to an end back at NXT Takeover: Chicago back in May when the duo failed to win their title back from The Authors of Pain and Ciampa took out his frustrations on his long-time friend. The duo was living together, traveling together and working together at that point, but that was where their friendship came to an end and even though it’s taken Ciampa almost a year to return from his knee surgery, he managed to pick up where he left off in Philadelphia when he attacked Gargano following a five star match against NXT Champion Andrade “Cien” Almas....
