The heart of the matter
Angle said that Jordan’s wrestling ability made him one of the best three wrestlers in the company and that his skills were up there with the Phenomenal One’s regardless of what people think of Jordan’s character.
Angle went on to say that Jordan had the tools to be a future world champion himself and that it doesn’t get much better than Jordan’s in-ring performances.
What’s next?
Angle also said that he was hoping that this storyline with Jordan was heading towards an eventual match in the future and many fans have expressed that opinion.
Many fans are saying that Jordan is closer and closer to turning heel and that could occur next year if Angle faces Triple H in their rumoured Royal Rumble match.
Author’s take
Jordan is a good wrestler and has had entertaining matches since receiving his singles push began, but comparing him to the Phenomenal One is a bit of a stretch.
