According to a report from RingSideNews.com, Nikki will be missing WWE Summerslam in three weeks. There were rumours throughout her recovery that WWE Summerslam would be the goal for her return, but it seems she will be coming up just short.
However, the expectation is that Nikki Bella will be back in the ring by the end of September
The question about Nikki Bella’s future is not the just health issue, but that she wasn’t drafted into any brand during WWE Draft .It is quite obvious for her to go to WWE Smackdown to fill the lack of depth in Divas Division, what with John Cena also a part of the Blue brand.
Despite Nikki Bella being the longest reigning Divas Champion ,she has been criticised a lot about her in-ring skills not being at par with say someone like Natalya.
Also, her relationship with John Cena was rumoured to be the reason for her holding on the Championship for that long.
